How to Create Humana Online Profile?
To start purchasing and placing an order through Humana Portal, you need to activate your profile, for which you first need to be the Humana Member. Each Humana Member is provided with a Humana Member ID which you can find at the back of the card. Now follow the steps detailed below:

How to Place an order in Humana?
There are three ways you can place an order in Humana pharmacy:
1. Online: It is the fastest way of ordering your prescription, which you can do anytime, anywhere. You can upload your prescription form, which Humana's pharmacists will examine and compare. You can choose from a range of drug plans, pharmacies listed on the site using their online tools such as Humana drug lists, RxMentor, Generic Drug Guide, etc.
2. Phone: You can place your order by calling their toll-free, automated system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-379-0092. If you use a TTY, call 711.
3. Mail: You can also send the mail to Humana Pharmacy to place your orders, for which you can download the Registration and Prescription Order form online, print them and fill in the required information. Then mail the form to Humana Pharmacy, P.O. Box 745099, Cincinnati, OH 45274-5099.
4. Mobile Application: You can also download the Humana Mobile application, activate your profile as mentioned above and place an order with just a click.
If you have placed an order for a new prescription, you will have your order at your doorstep within 7-10 business days. If you have ordered to refill your prescription, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
After placing an order, mention your payment option. Humana Pharmacy accepts health savings account, flexible spending account (FSA), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.
